Ever since the issue of these bear-shaped plates began in 1970, these plates have been very popular among collectors and non-collectors alike. The 1975 California Motorcycle License Plate has 15 Watchers.   The 1961 Hawaii License Plate has 14 Watchers and was used   in conjunction with windshield stickers from 1961 through 1968.  The plate is in about good condition due mainly to darkening of the white on the numbering.  This plate was originally issued in Honolulu County.
