Boyd ebay weekly auction popularity contest winners: Both the 1988 Delaware License Plate – Surf Fishing Permit and the  1933 Colorado License Plate  – Lost  have 19 Watchers at this point. It’s interesting to note that the 1957 Washington License Plate  only has 8 Watchers but has the high $ bid at this point. One never knows what happens with last minute bids though…..makes it fun to watch!
